The quiet but amazingly close proximaty to the major attractions in Venice. The helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms and the very reasonable price.

Although the breakfast was minimal, I was expecting this from the reviews I read. I have no complaints.

Convenient location near San Marco and the Rialto. Close to good restaurants in the area. - Marvellous and amazing overall location. - Found a nice cafe called Marmi's nearby with hot beverages.

No lift there. It is a bit hard to find the hotel since it is without signage outside. And the breakfast is only packed food. However, staff there is quite nice and helpful.

It is closed to the main attractions and easy to find from either st. Macro square or Rialto Bridge.

The breakfast is not so good.

The location was perfect, especially being nearby a gondola station which was useful. the beds were very clean, and the room had an air conditioner. the room also had free wireless internet and instant coffee available.

Casa Cosmo is a charming boutique inn right in the heart of Venice, just minutes from the San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge. The room was clean and cozy with a fully equipped bathroom and air conditioning. The Cosmo family were wonderful hosts.

The hotel was excellently situated, in the heart of venice, walking distance from all we wanted to see. The staff that received us was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, everything was nice and new, the bathroom was brandnew and sparkling clean, and we got clean towels an sheets every day! The continental breakfast that was served in our room was basic, but with great coffee and orange juice. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody, really good value for money.

This place is conveniently located near Bareteri Bridge, and it's situated on a peaceful side street.

L'hotel was perfect to visit the city 5 minuts walking from Rialto and S.Marco ... the room was big, confortable and very clean... And the breakfast in the room..very good!!!

The food was good, with a lot of options. The location was perfect and exceptionally nice - next to the restaurant, Casa Cosmo for a great rate and shopping areas. A cool bonus was Marmi's Cafe, located nearby, it offered tea and coffee: )

Conveniently located in a central area, not far from Dorsoduro.

The location is the heart of Venice city and only 5 mins walk to San Macro. Staff is friendly.

There isn't the lift in this hotel because it's a small hotel but hotel staff will help you to put luggage into a room.

The staff were really friendly, when we arrived one of the owners came to meet our ferry so we didn't have to navigate through the winding streets on our own. The room was large enough. The location of the hotel though is the best thing about this place, it's super central just a few minutes from the Rialto. They also had a drinks fridge that was really reasonably priced and they brought breakfast to your room every day which was also very nice.

Nothing, it wasn't 5 star but perfect for what we were looking for.
